Mary Kay Knight, PsyD

Dr. Mary Kay Knight is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides outpatient psychotherapy for adults and families. She specializes treating in trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. Mary Kay received her undergraduate degree at St. Mary’s College of California and her Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Adler University in Chicago. Mary Kay also received her Doctorate of Psychology, with a focus on Military Psychology, from Adler University.

Mary Kay has extensive experience with the veteran population after working the last 5 years in various Veterans Affairs hospitals on both the West and East coasts. She also has experience in community hospitals, working with both adults and adolescents. She brings a flexible, strengths-based approach to therapy and is always focused on helping make therapy feel accessible for clients from all backgrounds.

Fred Armstrong, LPC

Fred is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides outpatient psychotherapy for adults and adolescents. He has extensive experience working with a diverse range of clients with variety of presentations, including depression, anxiety, grief, as well as justice impacted, LGBTQIA, chronic pain, substance abuse and marginalized individuals. Fred is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

With experience in both non-profit and private practice outpatient clinics, Fred brings a flexible, personalized approach to therapy, always focused on meeting each person’s unique needs. He holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Chicago State University.

Shelia Jenkins, LCSW, LMSW

Shelia Jenkins is a compassionate and skilled therapist dedicated to supporting individuals of all ages through life’s challenges. She holds dual Master’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Social Work and is licensed in multiple states. She also received specialized training from Postpartum Support International and treats perinatal mood disorder and postpartum depression/anxiety. She also specializes in treating a range of mental health issues, including general anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, mood disorders, and relationship struggles.

Shelia is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and uses evidence-based approaches like CBT and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a safe, goal-oriented space where clients can explore their emotions and build resilience.

Reginald Georgia, LPC, PEL:SC

Reginald is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who provides outpatient psychotherapy for adolescent and adult populations. He specializes in men’s issues, life transitions, career counseling, depression, trauma and behavioral issues. His practice is rooted within Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), but incorporates various counseling techniques and theories to meet you where you are. Reginald is culturally sensitive to diverse clients and strives to support those who are less likely to seek counseling services. He received his undergraduate degree from Illinois State University and his Master’s in Human Services Counseling from Purdue University Northwest. 

In addition to being licensed in Illinois, he is also licensed in Indiana; thus, he is able to meet with clients from Illinois and Indiana.

Robyn Falaster, LSW

Robyn Falaster holds a master’s degree from the University of Kentucky in Social Work with a concentration in substance use disorders. She specializes in working with individuals struggling with a myriad of diagnoses, including anxiety, mood disorders, and depression. She primarily utilizes evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral and solution-focused therapy, while incorporating person-centered approached to her treatment plans. She is committed to providing compassionate, client-centered care and strongly believes in creating a safe and supportive environment where individuals feel heard and respected.

Carly Blumfield, LSW

Carly Blumfield specializes in working with individuals of all ages and families, providing care tailored to address anxiety, depression, grief, OCD, hoarding, and life transitions. She integrates evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Somatic Attachment practice, to help clients connect mind and body for deeper healing.

Carly holds a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Aurora University and has extensive experience working in community health centers. She creates a safe, compassionate space where clients of all ages can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make lasting change.

Alison Oh, LCPC Practice Owner

Alison is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who provides outpatient psychotherapy for adults and geriatric populations. She has experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients with severe psychopathology across various settings, including inpatient psychiatric hospital, rehabilitation center, academic medical center, residential treatment center, and juvenile detention center. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois Institute of Technology with an emphasis in clinical neuropsychology.
